Orders & Shipping

1. How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time is 7–10 business days from the date your order is shipped. In some rare cases, delays may occur due to customs checks or local courier issues.

2. How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you can’t find the email, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.

3. My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

If your order is still within 10 business days, it’s likely on the way. However, if it’s taking longer, please contact us and we will:

  • Check the tracking status for you.
  • Contact the shipping company if needed.
  • Arrange a replacement if the package is lost.

4. Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Currently, we are working on solutions for Alaska, Hawaii, and remote islands. If you’re unsure, contact us before placing your order.

5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible with the correct address. If the order is already shipped, we’ll try to help with redirection or arrange a solution.

Returns & Refunds

6. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. If it’s already on its way, you can return it once it arrives. Just reach out to us for instructions.

7. How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after approval. The funds usually appear in your account shortly after.

8. I received a damaged or defective product. What now?

We’re so sorry this happened! Please send us a photo of the issue, and we’ll immediately arrange a replacement or refund.

9. How big is the mini watercolor set?

Our set is compact and portable, about the size of a smartphone (16 cm when open). It’s designed for painting anywhere – at home, in nature, or while traveling.

10. Is the watercolor paint washable from clothes?

Yes! The paints are water-based and washable. For best results, wash the garment immediately. If dry, soak it with water and mild detergent before washing as usual.

11. How do I fill the waterbrush?

The waterbrush is a bit special! Unscrew the soft tank clockwise (opposite of a regular bottle) to open it. Fill with water, screw it back, and gently squeeze to release water while painting.

12. Is the set suitable for children?

Yes! The set is safe for children 6 years and older, and it’s also loved by adults. Perfect for family creativity and outdoor painting sessions.

13. I didn’t receive the painting guide. Where is it?

Our detailed watercolor guide is sent digitally via email so you can access it anytime. If you didn’t receive it, check your Spam folder or contact us – we’ll resend it immediately.

Payments & Discounts

14. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Klarna. At the moment, we do not offer bank transfer as a payment option.

15. I forgot to apply my discount code. Can I still get the discount?

Yes! Contact us with your order number and the discount code, and we’ll refund the difference.
