Fraktforsikring (Dekning for skade, tap og tyveri)

My package was thrown over the fence into a dog's enclosure and was exposed to winter weather for days before it was discovered. It's a miracle our german shepherd didn't destroy it.

I was happy to be offered the insurance and opted to take it. And while the actual shipping took a long time, I was grateful to not have to use it.
I am requesting a refund of that coverage charge since it was not executed. Not receiving the refund will impact my comments and rating on your service.

Bought for myself and grand daughters and we are enjoying using them. Product is lovely and fits into my handbag. Love itv

Better to be safe than sorry but items have always arrived well packaged and un damaged.

This was needed or you wouldnt get your money back. I didnt get my money back on any item.

I purchased one set for myself and one for my sister.
She thought it was a great gift. I have not had a chance to work in mine but looking at everything in the set, I know I’ll love the work and distraction. Highly recommend buying this if you have an artsy side!

Thankfully I haven't needed to make a claim during the two times I've used this insurance, but I am reassured by having this insurance in place when I order from Tobio's. Great price too, please don't increase the price as I'm certain most people wouldn't pay any more than the current price.
