Estimated Delivery
The delivery time for all orders is between 7 to 12 business days, with a standard processing time of 12 to 48 hours.
Processing for our personalized products may take an additional 2 to 4 business days, which will extend the total delivery time accordingly.
If your order shipment is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email.
Incorrect Order Information / Wrong Address
You can cancel your order or modify your information within 6 hours of purchase.
If you accidentally entered an incorrect address or order details, please contact our customer service team at info@tobioshop.com.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
TobioShop will provide you with a dedicated website where you can track the status of your order.
Taxes
Taxes are included in all prices, so you won’t have to pay any additional fees or hidden charges.
Lost or Stolen Orders
TobioShop takes responsibility for exceptional shipping delays or losses during transit and will offer a free return or refund as appropriate.
If your order is not delivered and is held at a local post office, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier before requesting a return or refund.
If you provided incorrect shipping information and your package is lost or stolen as a result, you will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
