Return-Policy
We aim to ensure full satisfaction with all Products purchased from Tobios Commerce LLC, including our DIY kits, children’s activity kits, and educational products. This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Website and is designed to be transparent, fair, and compliant with applicable consumer protection laws.
1. Cancellation (Right of Withdrawal)– Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, you may do so provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly to info@tobioskits.com.
Where cancellation occurs prior to shipment, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping fees paid. If the Product has already been dispatched, cancellation must be handled through the return process outlined below.
2. 30-Day Return Period (Change of Mind)
We provide a 30-day global return guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Given the nature of our Products—often consisting of multi-component DIY kits—the following conditions apply:
• Products must be returned in new or like-new condition;
• All original components, instructions, and materials should be included;
• Reasonable inspection is permitted, but extended use or partial consumption of materials may reduce the refund amount.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact us at info@tobioskits.com with your order details;
2. Receive return instructions and, where applicable, authorization details;
3. Securely package and ship the Product using a trackable method;
4. Provide tracking information for monitoring;
5. Await inspection and processing of refund or exchange.
4. Return Shipping Costs
• Customer Responsibility: For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Seller Responsibility: For defective, damaged, or incorrect Products, we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
You remain responsible for the Product until it is received by us.
5. Condition and Inspection
Returned Products will be inspected upon receipt. Where Products are returned in diminished condition (e.g., missing components, used materials, or incomplete kits), we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the reduction in value.
Significant damage or misuse beyond normal inspection may result in refusal of refund, subject to applicable law.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned Product or proof of return.
• Full returns include reimbursement of standard shipping costs (EU/UK compliance);
• Partial returns may result in proportionate refunds;
• No restocking fees are charged.
7. Defective Products and Warranty Returns
Defective or non-conforming Products are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Section 9 (Warranties). We will cover all associated shipping costs and work to resolve issues promptly.
8. Exceptions
Certain Products may be non-returnable once opened (e.g., consumable materials within kits), unless defective. Any such limitations will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
9. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of abuse, fraud, or misuse of the return policy, including repeated patterns of excessive returns.
