Shipping Insurance (Coverage from Damage, Loss & Theft)

What a fun little kit! Everything arrived quickly and safely.

I was happy to be offered the insurance and opted to take it. And while the actual shipping took a long time, I was grateful to not have to use it.
I am requesting a refund of that coverage charge since it was not executed. Not receiving the refund will impact my comments and rating on your service.
