WAREHOUSE CLEARANCE: SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms apply exclusively to all orders utilizing the "WAREHOUSE" promotional code or containing items from the Warehouse Clearance Collection.

• Governing Priority: These terms are supplemental to our standard Terms of Service and Return Policy. In the event of a conflict between our standard policies and these Warehouse Sale terms, these Supplemental Terms shall govern and take absolute priority.

• Final Sale & Non-Refundability: All items purchased under this promotion are deemed Final Sale. By completing your purchase, you waive the right to a refund to the original payment method. We do not offer cash-equivalent cancellations or "change of mind" refunds for these liquidated assets.

• Exclusive Remedy (Store Credit & Exchanges): Our liability for returns is strictly limited to the issuance of Store Credit (via digital Gift Card) or a one-to-one product exchange. All return shipping costs for "change of mind" exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

• Damaged or Defective Goods: In accordance with U.S. consumer law regarding the "Implied Warranty of Merchantability," we guarantee that your items will arrive in usable condition. If an item is received damaged or defective, your sole and exclusive remedy is the shipment of a replacement product. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the value of the damaged item.

• No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial monetary refunds for any reason. Any perceived discrepancy in item value or minor kit imperfections will be resolved via replacement parts or store credit at the company's sole discretion.
